SPA and sauna zones

1. Treatment area: daily 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, pool area: Sunday - Thursday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Friday - Saturday 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM, sauna area: Sunday -Thursday 09:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Friday – Saturday 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
2. To book treatments, stays in saunas and swimming pools, please contact the spa reception at: 604 266 034, 55 231 34 34 or show up in person.
3. Please arrive at the spa 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment in order to prepare accordingly.
4. For us, all guests are equally important and we respect their time, therefore, being late for the procedure will reduce its time, while maintaining the full price of the procedure.
5. If you are unable to attend the procedure or are going to be late, please contact us by phone, which will allow us to adjust our work schedule.
6. Completely free cancellation of the procedure is possible only 12 hours before its start. Otherwise, the customer can be charged the full cost of the procedure.
   Hotel guests using the wellness center can add all services and products purchased to their hotel bill. The remaining guests will be asked to settle the payment for the selected services after the procedure.
7. For the procedures we provide a towel, bathrobe and disposable footwear and underwear.
8. The owner of the wellness center is not responsible for any items left in the wet area, in the spa area or in the bathrobes.
9. The SPA area is a zone of peace and relaxation, so please observe the following rules:
   1. leave mobile phones, cameras, radios and music players in the locker room,
   2. stay quiet in the treatment area,
   3. do not bring any food, drink or alcohol and do not smoke or drink alcohol,
   4. the wellness area cannot be used by people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

 Use of saunas

1. Saunas can be excluded from use for technical reasons or if purchased for exclusive use. The customer will be informed about the fact that saunas are excluded from use before making a reservation/purchasing an entrance to the pool and saunas.
2. Only customers who are 18 years old or older are allowed to use the sauna and bath on their own. Minors can use the sauna and bath only under the care of their parents.
3. Before using saunas, the customer is obliged to familiarize himself with the sauna rules.
4. Access to saunas and baths is allowed only in suitable and clean footwear.
5. In the sauna and bath cabin it is forbidden to use your own aromatic oils and other things, to pour water on the stones in the sauna stove, etc.
6. The sauna and bath should be used as intended, only as a form of wellness. Do not destroy equipment and do not contaminate sauna and bath cabins and showers.
7. The spa staff has the right and duty to check the cleanliness and efficiency of the sauna and bath facilities at any time, even during the use of them by customers.
8. During the stay in the sauna and bath the customer is obliged to behave appropriately, in a civilized and quiet manner.
9. Do not enter the Finnish sauna and infrared sauna in wet swimwear. Sit on dry towels only. Due to the high temperature, it is recommended not to enter saunas in synthetic clothing.
10. It is allowed to be naked in the sauna. Please respect every form of sauna use.
11. Customers whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol, drugs or doping substances, will be asked out of the sauna and bath.
12. In the event of an accident, inappropriate behaviour by other persons in the saunas, ill-health of yourself or another person in the sauna or any other accident, you should immediately inform a spa employee.
